Beyond impressed by this local gem. Especially their integrity- I asked if they supplied one of my favorite cafes and when they said they didn’t, I was surprised when they gave me the name of a competing roaster with an endorsement that the other company were good people. Of course I purchased a few bags from Fabiano and fell deeply in love with Black Magic which is now my favorite way to wake up. I found them online with a clear website that led me to the Farmer’s Market with ease and no fuss. My order was taken by a sweet young guy who blew me away with his knowledge, customer service and attention to detail - thank you for restoring my faith in young people who work hard!

The. Best. Coffee. Ever. They even sent me a free cup when I ordered online. Adorable little family roasting the best beans in small batches right in Fresno California. Found them at a farmers market and now I’m hooked. ❤️

Wherever I travel, I hunt for a good cup of coffee with floral aroma and fruity sweetness. And, I visit local coffee roaster shops to experience quality coffee beans. I was in Fresno area to visit Yosemite NP, Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP. I ran out of coffee beans, searched in Google, and found Fabiano. I called the store, and the owner, whom I found exceptionally kind and full of passion for coffee, told me the best time I could visit because he was in the middle of roasting. Once I got there, he showed me all the beans that he had. I told him what flavor I was looking for, he p’recommended the one in the picture. I tried it with my moka pot, aeropress, and pour-over. It far exceeded my expectation in all brewing methods. I’d like to say that Fabiano’s coffee is the best so far in the central valley of California. It is the definite recommend to those who are after an excellent cup of coffee.

Just got the Brazil from the farmers market and wow the coffee is really good. Cannot, believe, that I have never heard of Fabiano company! good coffee must try!!!!
